本業務では、対象国における廃棄物管理に関するガイドライン策定への支援、廃棄物発電設備に係る発注仕様書の作成、廃棄物発電技術の海外展開に向けた戦略検討等アジア地域における３R 及び廃棄物の適正処理の推進のための事業を行った。 これら業務実施のため、インドネシア、タイ、フィリピン、ベトナム、マレーシア及びミャンマーで現地調査及び会議を開催するとともに、フィリピンでは第3 回環境政策対話を実施した。
