持続可能なアジア太平洋に関する国際フォーラム（International Forum for Sustainable Asia and the Pacific: ISAP）は、第一線で活躍する専門家、国際機関、政府、企業、NGO 関係者が集い、アジア太平洋の持続可能な開発に関する多様な議論を行う国際フォーラムです。主催機関である地球環境戦略研究機関（IGES）が関与している国際的なネットワークと協力しつつ、関係者間の情報共有の促進や連携強化を図ることを目的として、毎年日本で開催しています。2023 年のISAP は、「アジア太平洋における持続可能な社会への移行を加速する：統合、包摂、ローカライゼーションがもたらす変革の可能性」をテーマに、以下の3 つの変革的ダイナミクスに焦点を当てました。

本業務では、国立研究開発法人宇宙航空研究開発機構（JAXA）が有する衛星技術・製品・知見の 第１回グローバル・ストックテイク等の国際環境政策への活用促進に向けた調査や支援を実施すること を目的とし、(1)グローバル・ストックテイクに関わる支援、(2)衛星データ活用に向けたニーズマッピン グと事例調査、(3)温室効果ガス観測戦略支援に関する3 つの業務を実施した。

公益財団法人ひろしま産業振興機構（国際ビジネス支援センター）の依頼を受け、会員企業向けに作成したセミナー・研究資料のASEAN編（前編・後編）であり、「カーボンニュートラル・オンデマンド・セミナー　中国・東南アジア編」というタイトルにて、2022年2月の1カ月間にわたり、中国編担当のIGES金リサーチマネージャーの動画と共にオンデマンド配信を実施した。2021年、ASEAN共同体やインドネシア、タイ、ベトナム等の主要国が相次いでカーボンニュートラル（ネットゼロ）目標達成を表明したことを受けて、ASEAN諸国が脱炭素発展戦略に大きく舵を切った背景とその内容、今後の展望について解説した。
