持続可能なアジア太平洋に関する国際フォーラム（International Forum for Sustainable Asia and the Pacific: ISAP）は、第一線で活躍する専門家、国際機関、政府、企業、NGO 関係者が集い、アジア太平洋の持続可能な開発に関する多様な議論を行う国際フォーラムです。主催機関である地球環境戦略研究機関（IGES）が関与している国際的なネットワークと協力しつつ、関係者間の情報共有の促進や連携強化を図ることを目的として、毎年日本で開催しています。2023 年のISAP は、「アジア太平洋における持続可能な社会への移行を加速する：統合、包摂、ローカライゼーションがもたらす変革の可能性」をテーマに、以下の3 つの変革的ダイナミクスに焦点を当てました。

本業務では、令和４年度内に開催された準備会合に続いて令和５年に開催された札幌Ｇ７環境関連会合に関する支援等を行った。特に、議論に必要となる資料の収集・分析、成果文書案の分析、報告書の作成等を行い、また同会合や準備会合等に関する技術支援等を行い、会合の成果が環境政策の推進に資するよう業務を行った。

令和５年度 SDGs エキスパートグループミーティング開催におけるサブスタンス・ロジスティック支援等委託業務報告書

平成 27 年９月の国連サミットにおいて、持続可能な開発目標(SDGs)を中核とする持続可能な開発のための2030 アジェンダ（2030アジェンダ）が採択された。2016～2030年を実施期間とする SDGs は、令和５年（2023 年）が中間年であり、SDGs達成に向けた取組の加速が必要である。加えて、2023 年末にはSDGs 実施指針が４年ぶりに改定され、2030年までの SDGs 達成に向けた本格的な行動の加速・拡大につなげていくことが記載された。行動の加速、拡大に向け、SDGs の複数ゴールを同時達成するシナジーの視点が重要である。令和４年（2022年）7月には、パリ協定の目標と SDGs の同時達成につながる相乗効果のある行動を加速すべく...
