JCM REDD+事業「ラオス／ルアンパバーン県における焼畑耕作の抑制によるREDD+事業」のMRV検討支援を支援することを目的とし、以下の業務を実施した。 １）ラオスJCM REDD+事業に関する方法論（案）等のレビュー 今年度に早稲田大学が作成するラオス／ルアンパバーン県における焼畑耕作の抑制によるREDD+事業の方法論（案）等について専門的見地からレビューを行い、修正等が必要な箇所を整理した。 ２）関連する海外出張 ラオス（ビエンチャン）で開催されるREDD+に関する政府間協議に出席し、必要に応じて技術的な観点からインプットを行った。 ３）国内関係者を集めた会合への出席 上記を実施するに当たり、環境省、林野庁、並びにその他関係者との会合へ出席した。
