本業務では、GOSATデータを活用したCO2インベントリ比較・検証への被検証候補国の理解を深め、比較・検証に向けた協働体制の構築支援を目的として、被検証候補国の協働予定の研究機関や政府担当者、日本の環境省、外務省、国際協力機構（JICA）等を招聘しオンラインでラウンドテーブルを開催し、当該国における比較・検証の実現に向けた手法、更なる検討事項等をまとめた。なお、中央大学によって科学・技術的観点から、最適な被検証候補国は中央アジア諸国（カザフスタン、キルギスタン、タジキスタン、トルクメニスタン、ウズベキスタン）であることが特定され、各国の招聘機関・者は、中央大学、環境省、外務省、JICA、各国現地大使館の多大なるご協力のもと招聘するに至った。

本研究では、2012年度以来3年間の予定で、リサイクルシステムの持続可能性評価を、環境・経済・社会的な視点から評価するための分析枠組みの開発を試みている。本研究では、まず日本の家電リサイクル法の下でのリサイクルメカニズムを事例に、環境、社会、経済という持続可能性の各側面を評価するための定量分析手法の開発を、ライフサイクル分析の手法を用いて行った。その上で、台湾、中国、インドについても、廃電気・電子製品のリサイクルメカニズムの実態について、調査し、同様の手法の応用を試みているところである。最終的には、国際比較を行うことで、国際資源循環を含む、適正な資源循環の在り方について提言することを目指している。 本発表では、上記の研究の中から...
