本プレゼンテーションは、第１回グローバル・ストックテイク（GST）における“最良の科学”の在り方について議論を深めるため、以下の点について話題提供を行う。 第１回グローバル・ストックテイク（GST）も終盤を迎え、その成果は2023年11月のCOP28の目玉となる。 “最良の科学”に基づくGSTは、幅広い情報のインプットを受け入れているものの、成果取りまとめまでのプロセスはより透明性を向上すべきである。 COP28でまとまるGSTの成果は、各国の文脈できちんとその意味が理解されなければならない。科学者には、この成果の伝達にも大きな役割があると考える。
