This presentation provides overview of municipal solid waste management in developing Asian countries. The content includes waste generation, collection, disposal and the 3R implementation for improvement of municipal solid waste management, income generation and resource efficiency.
This presentation provides examples of recycling and integrated waste management in developing countries. Benefits of the 3Rs and integrated waste management on climate change mitigation was presented. Also, examples of international cooperation for improvement of municipal solid waste management were introduced.
