環境省の委託事業「平成 28 年度海外における CO2 排出削減技術評価・検証事業」においても、その事業の一環として「アジア太平洋島嶼国における日本・IRENA 共催再生可能エネルギー導入支援研修」を2017 年2 月6 日～10 日に東京及び兵庫県において実施した。本研修には、アジア太平洋島嶼国 12 ヵ国（クック諸島、ミクロネシア、フィジー、モルディブ、ナウル、パラオ、パプアニューギニア、サモア、ソロモン諸島、トンガ、ツバル、バヌアツ）の行政官らが参加した。 アジア太平洋島嶼国などにおける再エネの普及促進を後押しする政策・制度的枠組の構築及びその人材育成等に資するため、「アジア太平洋島嶼国における日本・IRENA 共催再生可能エネルギー導入支援研修」を開催するために必要な業務を行った。...
