「令和５年度グリーンファイナンス市場の形成促進に関する調査・分析・発信等委託業務」は、国内外のグリーンファイナンスに関する調査・分析・発信等を行い、国内のグリーンファイナンス市場の形成促進に寄与することを目的とした事業である。 本報告書は、同業務の報告書である。

生物多様性に関する国際標準化の動向をふまえ、我が国の知見をTC331で議論される国際標準規格へ適切に反映し、生物多様性に関する我が国産業の国際競争力強化につなげることを目的として、以下の業務を遂行した。 ・ISO/TC331国内審議委員会の活動支援 ・ISO/TC331国際総会及び関連ワーキンググループ会合での議論の活動支援 ・ワーキンググループ対応分科会活動支援

生物多様性及び生態系サービスに関する政府間科学政策プラットフォーム（IPBES：Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services）は、生物多様性と生態系サービスに関する動向を科学的に評価し、科学と政策のつながりを強化する政府間のプラットフォームとして、2012年4月に設立された政府間組織で、事務局はドイツのボンに置かれています。本パンフレットはIPBESの機能、組織体制、作業計画や概念枠組、ならびに実施中及び計画中のアセスメントの概要等について説明しています。
