多国間プロセスにおける脱炭素と循環経済の関連性についてUNFCCCやASEAN タクソノミー等の事例をもとに解説

本業務では、令和４年度内に開催された準備会合に続いて令和５年に開催された札幌Ｇ７環境関連会合に関する支援等を行った。特に、議論に必要となる資料の収集・分析、成果文書案の分析、報告書の作成等を行い、また同会合や準備会合等に関する技術支援等を行い、会合の成果が環境政策の推進に資するよう業務を行った。

本業務では、国立研究開発法人宇宙航空研究開発機構（JAXA）が有する衛星技術・製品・知見の第１回グローバル・ストックテイク等の国際環境政策への活用促進に向けた調査や支援を実施することを目的とし、(1)グローバル・ストックテイクに関わる支援、(2)ALOS 事例調査と実用可能性調査、(3)グローバル・メタン・プレッジへの貢献に向けたGOSAT データ活用促進支援に関する3 つの業務を実施した。

「かながわ気候市民会議in逗子・葉山」の結果は、最終会議（12月2日）以降、最終調整を経て、102の提案項目からなる「市民提案最終案」を完成させました。 12月7日、市民提案最終案を参加市民に送付し、盛り込まれた102の提案項目一つ一つに対し、7段階の支持度合いによる投票を依頼しました。 1週間後の12月14日、35名からの投票をもって投票を締め切り、投票結果を取り入れた94の提案項目からなる「かながわ気候市民会議in逗子・葉山からの提案」を完成させました。同提案は、12月15日に葉山町長、12月18日に逗子市長に手渡し、さらに12月19日に神奈川県政クラブにて届け、公表しました。
