北京市の常住人口は、1978年の871万人から2020年の2189万人に増え、４０年間でおよそ2.5倍に成長した。今は中国国土面積の0.17％を占める空間に全国人口の１．５％の相当する人口が居住している。北京市のGDPは１９７８年の108.8億元から２０２０年の3.6兆元までに拡大し、過去４０年間でおよそ３００倍の成長を遂げた。 製造業ならび国際貿易が強みである広東省と異なり、中国の首都としての北京市は、国家の政治、文化の中心として位置付けられている。

令和４年は、インドネシアがG20議長国となり、８月に環境・気候持続可能性大臣会合及び10月にサミットが開催された。本業務では、大臣会合、並びに先立って開催された、準備会合及び関連会合に関して支援等を行った。また、会合の成果が環境政策の推進に資するよう、議論に必要となる資料の収集・分析、成果文書案の分析、報告書の作成等を行った。

本レポートには、SDGsに関する認知度のほか、国連グローバル・コンパクトが重視するSDGsゴール5（ジェンダー平等）、8（はたらきがい・人権）、13（気候変動）、16（腐敗防止）と、日本企業で取り組みの加速が期待されるゴール12（持続可能な消費と生産）の5つのゴール（主題にしたテーマ）の取り組みの進捗について、各分野の専門家による分析・考察が含まれています。前回の調査でSDGs認知度と取り組み進捗度が十分に高まったことを踏まえ、今回はSDGsの経営への組み込みや取り組む際の課題など、実践段階における取り組みの「質」について深堀した内容となっています。 【SDGsの認知・浸透度】 経営へのSDGsの組み込みに関して、従業員数10～249人の企業は、方針...
